The people I meet feel stressed. Stressed about where they are, where they are going, and how to best organize their time.
Lets consider techniques to help de-stress and stay calm so that we can balance life better:
- Health – eat healthy, sleep well, and exercise.
- Organization – of home, office, and time.
- Relaxation – massage, acupressure, acupuncture.
- Community – friends, support network, teammates.
Everyday life can cause stress, stress can cause illness. Find ways to relax. Develop a support team. Together these will move you forward in the future in a more efficient manner.
